Watford MOT Centre offers professional car servicing for all makes and models, including petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles. Our experienced technicians use quality OEM-standard parts and lubricants to keep your vehicle running safely and efficiently. We offer three levels of service — Interim, Full and Major — to suit your vehicle's age, mileage and manufacturer recommendations. All services are recorded in your service logbook to maintain your vehicle's service history and protect its value. No appointment is needed for most services. For Major Service, we recommend calling ahead so we can allocate sufficient time.
Interim Service
Interim Service — from £99
Recommended every 6 months or 6,000 miles for high-mileage drivers.
Includes: oil & filter change, fluid top-ups, tyre check, brake check, lights check, battery check.
Full Service
Full Service — from £140 (MOT only £25 with it)
Recommended annually or every 12,000 miles.
Includes: everything in Interim Service, plus air filter, spark plugs (petrol), suspension check, exhaust check, full vehicle health inspection.

What to Bring:
No need to book ahead for most services — just drive in during opening hours. If you have one, bring your service logbook so we can stamp it; if you don't, we'll still record the work on our system so you have a full history with us. Most Interim Services take 1-1.5 hours, a Full Service (with MOT) around 2-2.5 hours, and a Major Service 2.5-3 hours — we'll confirm a time estimate when you arrive.

How do I know which service my car needs?
Check your service logbook for the last service date and mileage. If it has been 6 months or 6,000 miles since your last service, you need an Interim Service. If it has been 12 months or 12,000 miles, book a Full Service. If it has been 2 years or 24,000 miles, a Major Service is recommended. If you are unsure, WhatsApp or call us with your registration number and we can advise.
Do you use genuine manufacturer parts?
We use OEM-equivalent quality parts from approved suppliers. These meet or exceed the manufacturer specification. If you specifically need genuine main dealer parts, please let us know in advance and we can source them — additional cost may apply.
How long does a car service take?
An Interim Service takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. A Full Service (with MOT) takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. A Major Service takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours depending on what is required. We will give you an estimated time when you arrive.
